The Improvement of Semiconductor Systems
There is a detached type of matters that is named quasi-conductors. At first that unique type was found in the 1890's but more completely it began to be researched just after the First World War in Europe and in Soviet Union. Russian scientists performed a lot of researches. The results demonstrated that semiconductors can assist to generate the fluctuations and maintain them. There was no possibility to develop some unique devices as igct. Only in the beginning of the 50's with the appearing of transistors in 1949 the broad use of crystal detectors started. That was the start of the epoch of semiconductor technologies.
The concern to optical characteristics of semiconductors revived because of discovery of induced emission in semiconductors. First laser system was created with utilizing of semiconductors. The first variant was based on p - n barriers, the latest ones - on heterojunction.
